第十四届全国人民代表大会第四次会议审查了国务院提出的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十五个五年规划纲要（草案）》。财政经济委员会在全国人民代表大会及其常委会领导下，坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届历次全会精神，认真落实四中全会部署，围绕党和国家工作大局，按照高质量做好新时代人大工作的要求，依法认真开展规划审查工作。在初步审查的基础上，根据代表大会期间各代表团和有关专门委员会的审查意见，对“十五五”规划纲要草案又作了进一步审查。国务院根据审查意见对“十五五”规划纲要草案作了修改。现将审查结果报告如下：
