根据上海市二手房网签数据，“沪七条”新政出台后首周（2.25-3.3）市场迅速回暖，当周日均成交套数达685套。尤其在政策落地后的首个周末，单日成交峰值达到1013套。中指研究院上海数据总经理张文静表示，本轮政策有效激发了购房需求，尤其是对二手房市场的刺激作用显著，市场信心恢复较快；新房市场由于供应节奏等原因，数据表现有所延迟，但其内部成交结构的波动也显示出政策影响正在持续显现。（新浪财经）
