A couple of months ago, I learned about regex crosswords from the blog post Solving Regex Crosswords With Z3, and writing my own solver joined the (already very long) list of “things I want to do, but probably never will.” Well, about a week ago I felt like wasting the weekend on some small dumb project, so I wrote a solver!
The real challenge was managing the economics while bootstrapping the business without investors.
